We thought you might like to know how we choose exhibitors. First, all exhibitors in good standing, who attended the most recent show, are sent applications to the upcoming show. After their deadline passes, then new exhibitors are invited.

We limit the number of exhibitors in each craft (including food items). This helps sales and makes a more interesting show. We try to let everyone know as soon as possible whether or not we will have a space for them. Many times we aredelayed in knowing whether we can take a certain craftsman, artist or food item; our previous exhibitors have first choice, so please be patient with us.

Guidelines

  • If you must cancel we will refund your booth fee if notified four weeks prior to the fair. No shows are not invited back. Fair is held rain or shine. No refunds in the event of rain.
  • Exhibit fee is $125.00, no commission of jury fee. DO NOT send booth fee until you are invited.
  • Application Fee is $40. Send this in with application.
  • Space is 15' x 15' and is outside. No tables or other supplies are furnished by us.
  • Electricity is limited and there is a small additional fee.
  • All crafts must be handmade of natural materials by you. NO PLASTIC WHATSOEVER!
  • Please be very specific describing your craft in the application. For example, "woodcraft" does not give us enough information.
